WHO CAN ATTEND THE EVENT?
Any persons 21+ may attend this event
BGC5 - Must be 21 on/by September 17th, 2026
BGC6 - Must be 21 on/by October 1st, 2027
For Books ticket tiers only, you must be 18 on/by the dates above.
Identification must be provided and match the name on your ticket. Anyone underage will not be permitted.
HOW CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS?

ARE TICKETS REFUNDABLE?
Tickets for this event are nonrefundable; however, they are transferable up to 72 hours before the event. If you are no longer able to attend this event, please visit our facebook group where there is a featured post to resell your ticket: FACEBOOK GROUP
If you have any issues regarding your ticket (I.e. a duplicate purchase) please reach out to us via email so we can address the issue.
*This event is nonrefundable and any chargebacks filed will result in your inability to attend any future BGC events.

DOES THE FANTASY BALL HAVE A DRESS CODE?
Our ball is a black tie affair so we encourage you to don your gowns and crowns and dress your finest. We also welcome all Cosplay! We want YOU to be the main character tonight so dress to impress!

IS THE LINE-UP SET?
Our lineup is always subject to change. Though we'd love to say everyone will make it there, life happens and things come up. Sometimes our authors/vendors need to pull out for health reasons, life events, and publication schedules, and though it isn't ideal, it is to be expected. We will continuously update this website so our participating list is current. Please make sure to periodically check it so you stay up-to-date.
WILL YOU HAVE ADA ACCOMMODATIONS?
We have a special shopping window before all signings start that is for ADA only. We also will have volunteers stationed around the event to assist if anything comes up. Our hotel venues are always ADA accessible! If you require any specific assistance, please send us an email at BooksGownsAndCrowns@gmail.com so we can accommodate the request.
