What are ticket prices?

We are pleased to bring you three ticket tiers for this event: Books (convention only) ($49), Gowns ($329), and Crowns ($399)

Who can attend the event?

Any persons 21+ may attend this event. Must be 21 on/by October 17th, 2024. Identification must be provided and match the name on your ticket. Anyone under the age of 21 will not be permitted. *PLEASE NOTE ANYONE 18+ MAY PURCHASE A BOOKS TICKET TO CONVENTION AND PANEL ONLY.

When do tickets go on sale?

How can I purchase tickets?

The Eventbrite link will be emailed the night prior to ticket sales so make sure you are signed up for our newsletter. If you did not receive an email, the link will also be posted to our website and in our facebook group, however tickets will NOT be Live until 5pm PDT/8pm EDT on Friday, July 14th. *THOUGH OUR EVENT IS SET UP THROUGH EVENTBRITE, YOU WILL BE DIRECTED TO PAYPAL TO PURCHASE SO BE SURE TO HAVE YOUR INFORMATION STORED FOR A QUICK CHECK OUT. BE SURE TO DISABLE AD-POPUP BLOCKER ON YOUR DEVICE OR YOU MAY HAVE DIFFICULTY AT CHECKOUT. Tickets will not be sold at the door. You do NOT need a PayPal account to purchase a ticket, but it does make the transaction go smoother.

can I do a payment plan for tickets?

Are tickets refundable?

Tickets for this event are nonrefundable; however, they are transferable up to 72 hours before the event. If you are no longer able to attend this event, please visit our facebook group where there is a post to resell your ticket: FACEBOOK GROUP
If you have any issues regarding your ticket (I.e. a duplicate purchase) please reach out to us via email so we can address the issue. *This event is nonrefundable and any chargebacks filed will result in your inability to attend any future BGC events.

Where is the event taking place?

Books Gowns & Crowns: Chapter 3 will be taking place in Seattle, WA. Click on our Venue page to learn more. *NOTE: Room block will not be available until sometime AFTER ticket sales. Room block info will be sent out via email to ticket holders the week following ticket sales. Room blocks are in limited qualities.

How much are the rooms?

Room Block Guestroom Rates per night NOT INCLUDING taxes and fees:
Standard Rooms: King/Queen Queen - SOLD OUT

Partial Lake View Rooms: Queen Queen - SOLD OUT / King - $291

Do I have to book all 3 nights?

No. You are not required to book all 3 nights in order to utilize the room block pricing.

What is due at the time of room booking?

Payment for hotel nights selected must be paid in full at time of booking. We recommend booking a room with friends to help offset costs.

What attire is required at the Ball?

This year our theme is : Enchanted Forest! Our ball is a black tie affair so we encourage you to don your gowns and crowns and dress your finest. We also welcome all Cosplay! We want YOU to be the main character tonight so dress to impress!

*WEAPONS, REAL OR FAKE, ARE NOT PERMITTED AT THIS EVENT

Is the author/vendor/influencer list set?

Nope! At this times, the list posted is who is currently participating. Throughout the year, we add names to fill in gaps as needed so expect the lists to evolve.

What is your covid policy?

Given the CDC Guidelines in Washington, we do not have a COVID Policy in place. COVID Policies are subject to change. We will continue to monitor regulations and reach out to attendees if there is a change in our COVID policy. If this event is canceled due to COVID, we will look at rescheduling, and your tickets will roll over to the next event date automatically.
