MAD HATTER TEA PARTY - $100

As we are finalizing details for this event. The Mad Hatter Tea Party add-on will have a separate Ticket Sale Date. Ticket numbers will be extremely limited. Please follow our newsletter and Facebook group for up to date information regarding this event and future sale date.

CAN ANY TIER PURCHASE THIS TICKET?

Yes! This add-on event will be open to all attendees with a valid BGC4 ticket.

HOW DO I KNOW WHICH TICKET TIER IS RIGHT FOR ME?

BOOKS:

This tier is for those who want to enjoy JUST 2 day convention complete with author signings and vendor market. It’s also perfect for those local to the area who want to pop in for the weekend!

GOWNS:

Over the years, have received requests for a “Ball Only” ticket. Unfortunately, due to capacity limits at our venues, we would not be able to accommodate this request without severely reducing the amount of Gowns & Crowns tickets available. So we’ve increased the number of Crowns tickets available and changed the Gowns Tier to be more streamlined for those who want to enjoy the ball & convention without all the fluff of the other weekend events. This has also led to a price reduction for this tier compared to previous years.

CROWNS:

This is our top tier ticket. You will receive a swag bag and guaranteed access to all BGC Sponsored Events (minus the tea party add-on) throughout the weekend.

*Only Crowns ticket holders will be eligible to attend Author Sponsored Events, and the Holly Black Special Event.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A BOOKS GOWNS & CROWNS SPONSORED EVENT AND AN AUTHOR SPONSORED EVENT?

A Books Gowns & Crowns Sponsored Event is an event put on by BGC. In the past this has been events such as Movie Night, Cocktail Party, Welcome Party, etc. An Author Sponsored Event is an event put on by an author to offer a more intimate gathering. This event is free to attend, but access is at the authors discretion. Some authors may choose to give access to all Crowns ticket holders, while others may choose to keep it more intimate by utilizing a lottery system.

*The Holly Black Special Event will be a paid ticketed event

SPECIAL EVENT WITH AUTHOR HOLLY BLACK

This event will have a limited number of spots available! We are working closely with her team to bring you this special event. Tickets will be sold separately and only available to Crowns ticket holders via a lottery system. Ticket details including time, ticket prices, and number of tickets available will be announced in the coming months. All attendees will receive an email via Eventbrite when information is finalized.
