Registration:

The fun begins at The Florida State Fairgrounds for Gowns & Crowns ticket holders to check in and receive their Swag Bag.  If you are a Crowns Tier Ticket Holder, you have early access to our Bookish Convention from 9:30am-1pm.  Authors, artists, and vendors of bookish services and merch will have booths set up for you to shop until your heart's content!  

*Please note:  In order to have admission into the Fantasy Ball, you must attend Check-in!

 

 

The Ball:

6pm-10pm

Get ready to dance the night away at our bookish-themed ball located at Armature Works.  Come dressed to impress in your gowns and crowns as you take in the sights and sounds of our exquisite venue.  Take a spin on the dancefloor or venture out into the space for fun photo opportunities. Grab a cocktail or mocktail and fully immerse yourself because tonight, YOU are the main character in this story.

Saturday, May 20th

Convention:

​

Head to the Florida State Fair Grounds from 10am-5pm, where authors, artists, and vendors of bookish services and merch will have booths set up for you to shop until your heart's content!  Bookish Panels start at 9am.  Though this event is open to all ages, some panels may include explicit language and topics unsuitable for children.  We will notate these panels in our itinerary.  Missed a panel topic you wanted to see?  Don’t worry!  All of our panels will be recorded and available for viewing via our Facebook Group after the event.

*We will have a Lunch break from 12pm-2pm.  There will be Food Trucks outside with items available for purchase.

Movie Night on the Lawn:

​

Starting at 7pm, come back to the Florida State Fairgrounds in your pajamas and wind down with a fun Bookish movie voted on by our guests!  There will be Food Trucks present with items available for purchase.  Movie starts at 8pm once the sun goes down!
